White sands and clear water are some of the best things Hermana Menor could offer. Hermana Menor is one of the isolated islands in Zambales.

One of the main activities was the Sand Castle Building Contest. The entire team was split into two groups to compete to see who could construct the most beautiful sandcastle. The fact of building a sandcastle requires planning, unity, and teamwork. It works with the team throughout the active team-building event by reaching the same goal and result.

A team was devastated when a castle they were building was flooded away in the process of construction, but they were able to pull themselves together and start anew. The experience taught the members that failing and starting over is absolutely OK.
