DDCPH held a different midyear town hall on June 23, 2023. This is the first ever virtual town hall that we’ve done; this brought together everyone from various departments, fostering a sense of unity and celebrating achievements within the company. The event fostered strong camaraderie and collaboration while recognizing exceptional individuals and teams.
The highlight of the town hall was the much-awaited TikTok Dance Challenge, an innovative and engaging activity that showcased the creativity and talents of everyone. Teams from different departments enthusiastically participated, bringing their unique styles and choreographies to the stage. The challenge not only provided a fun-filled atmosphere but also highlighted the importance of work-life balance and fostering a vibrant company culture despite their different locations.
Beyond the TikTok Dance Challenge, the Townhall served as an opportunity to honor exceptional performances and achievements throughout the year. The event recognized individuals and teams who had gone above and beyond in their roles, demonstrating dedication, innovation, and collaboration. Awards were presented to employees who exhibited outstanding leadership, exceptional teamwork, and significant contributions to the company’s growth and success, as well as their engagement with the community.
