Year End Townhall 2022

According to Pablo Picasso, “The foundational element of success is action”. The Year End Townhall 2022 is more than just a time for giving gifts; it also serves as a way to honor everyone’s hard work throughout the year. It is a celebration of tenacity, cooperation, camaraderie, and unity.
DDCPH CORP, MJB Cares, The Grey House, and Enter-Neat traveled to Davao for this year’s town hall celebration. We were accommodated by Bamboo Sanctuary and Ecological Park which gave us a refreshing and calming ambiance.
The Company holds an annual gathering as a tradition.
The word grateful is just an understatement; everyone is far beyond grateful to be part of and celebrate this tradition every year.
To express appreciation for everyone’s presence, a small token was presented.
The Year End Night kicked off with Modern Filipiniana Theme. It was a sophisticated, glamorous, and stylish evening. Everyone had the opportunity to flaunt their best dresses and showcase their team performances. A celebration of achievements, prizes, and members’ appreciation for their work ethics. The night ended with great music, dancing, and socialization.
After a glamorous night, we also took the chance to integrate some employee engagement activities into our corporate life—we had our team building. It was a high-energy activity, from aerobics (Zumba) to physical activities, to a board game (Tangram), and relay. Everyone participated actively. The Company’s culture, values, relationships, and communication were best built during the said activity.
Visiting Davao will not be complete if we are not able to visit the beauty of Samal Island. Everyone can’t wait to jump into the pristine cerulean sea. We also visited the city of Davao -filled with rich culture, diversity, and courteous genuine people.
Needless to say, this four-day activity was well received and expressed recognition. It is a celebration of teamwork, hard work, and opportunity.
Looking back, LJB and MJB started the business with only dreams coupled with unwavering determination. From the company’s humble beginnings, it ushered and blossomed into more than what everyone could have ever imagined today. This year-end party affirms the company’s continuous pursuit of excellence and milestones.
