A manager’s job does not stop at task distribution, it only starts there. . Even though both members and managers talk regularly via online meetings, it’s inevitable to feel disconnected when you’ve had no social interaction for a long time.
On January 11-14, the company held its first manager’s bootcamp as corporate! Casa Bahia was more than happy to accommodate our activity with meals and an astonishing sunset view for four days!
This was the best time to finally give our managers and ATMs a relaxing vacation, but it is important that we cannot go astray from our agenda; In four days, leaders were able to gain valuable insights into what drives individual behavior, how to pinpoint the cultural style of the organization and understand the cultural and company’s strength and weaknesses. Together, we explore team dynamics, things that look functional and dysfunctional and can be reshaped.
And even though the management consists of the Admin and Operations, communication was never a hurdle; we learned the weight of each department’s workloads, Recognized the challenges and celebrated the accomplishments of each department. This also made proper channeling of concerns clearer! Thanks to this Boot camp, we’ve accomplished another milestone— producing more leaders!
